3D Design Exploration
This project was a self-initiated exploration of 3D design, an opportunity to experiment with form and spatial composition. My goal was to learn more about architectural visualization and product modeling while developing a deeper understanding of how digital design tools can bring physical concepts to life.

Challenge
I wanted to challenge myself to move beyond 2D design and explore the possibilities of 3D modeling and rendering.
Learning realistic lighting, texturing, and material rendering was initially complex.
Translating conceptual sketches into detailed, accurate 3D forms required experimentation and iteration.
Finding the balance between technical precision and creative freedom became a key focus of the process.
Solution
3D Modeling Practice: Created architectural and product-based models to explore form, proportion, and structure.
Lighting & Rendering: Experimented with natural and artificial lighting setups to achieve realistic render outputs.
Material Studies: Tested different textures and materials to understand how surface properties affect visual realism.
Creative Experimentation: Combined architectural visualization with conceptual product design to push creative boundaries.
Impact
Strengthened my technical skills in Blender and rendering workflows.
Developed a deeper appreciation for spatial design and visual storytelling.
Built a small portfolio of 3D concepts that informed later design projects.
Sparked a continued interest in merging digital and physical design disciplines.
Deliverables
3D architectural model concepts
Product display mockups and renders
Material and lighting study boards
Final high-resolution renders for presentation
